Jason Lemon, CPA is the founder and principal of Arkansas Accounting, a Arkansas-based CPA firm serving individuals and small to mid-sized businesses across Arkansas. A graduate of Conway High School and the University of Central Arkansas, Jason is a licensed Certified Public Accountant who brings both Big Four experience and local insight to his work with clients.

Jason began his accounting career with KPMG in Boise, Idaho, followed by several years at HoganTaylor in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During his time in public accounting, he gained extensive experience working with businesses across a range of industries, providing tax, compliance, and advisory services in complex and fast-paced environments.

After returning to Conway with his family, Jason saw a growing need for high-quality accounting and advisory support for businesses that lacked access to a full-time CFO or internal finance team. That insight led him to establish Arkansas Accounting with a clear mission: to provide dependable tax services while also serving as a strategic advisor to business owners navigating growth, change, and long-term planning.

Today, Jason focuses primarily on tax planning and advisory/CFO services, helping clients move beyond basic compliance toward informed decision-making and sustainable growth. As a firm leader, he is committed to building long-term client relationships grounded in clarity, integrity, and practical financial guidance.
